Code of Conduct - Treating each other well at all times as One Fire members
One Fire members are expected to treat one another with respect at all times: listen, allow for differing views and experiences, and it's okay to challenge respectfully.
It is never okay to insult another member, either verbally or by using any other method of communication such as, but not limited to email, social media, written and or spoken.
If a member takes these actions, The One Fire Committee will invite the member to a meeting to discuss the issue, enabling both parties to have a say. The second process would be a written caution. Potentially a member could be asked to leave One Fire, if no other process rectifies the situation.
